Project Overview
Union Residential Tower is a high-rise residential project located in West Bay, Doha.
The project consists of two basement levels, ground floor, mezzanine, and 35 residential floors.
The facade was clad using large ceramic panels measuring 3.6m x 1.2m with 5mm thickness.
NABK Co developed the fixation system in collaboration with Sika Qatar using the NABK-FS02 system.
Factory assembly of sub-frames was followed by installation into the vertical profile system fixed on the facade.
An invisible fixation system was applied, resulting in a clean aesthetic finish.
The system provided excellent structural stability despite the slim 5mm panel thickness.
