The Waldorf Astoria Doha West Bay is a landmark high-rise hotel located on a prominent headland overlooking the Arabian Gulf.
The Waldorf Astoria project is a high-rise hotel development reaching approximately 220 meters in height.
The building consists of ground floor, mezzanine level, and 45 upper floors, requiring advanced vertical access solutions.
NABK Co supplied and configured mast climbers capable of reaching over 200 meters with extension capabilities up to 3 meters.
The project required careful adaptation to elevation phases, tight site clearances, and changing wall levels throughout construction.

Custom base frame layouts were designed to fit within the constrained site footprint around the tower perimeter without disrupting ground-level operations.
Changing Wall Levels
The mast climber configuration was continuously adapted across elevation phases to match the changing facade levels as construction progressed floor by floor.
NABK successfully completed mast climber operations for one of Doha's most iconic 5-star towers, reaching over 200 meters with full structural stability and zero operational interruptions throughout the facade works.
